Tax Season Scams

Tax season is here which means that scammers are going to be out in full force. If you receive a call, text, or email, from the “IRS” requesting personal information like a social security number, bank information, PIN number, etc. DO NOT give it out. The IRS and the state will usually contact you by letter only. If you do receive a letter, please bring it to us so we can verify that it is correct.
