Meet our new Administrative Assistant Daneen!
We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to the BakerStarrett team! Daneen Henle is joining us as a new Administrative Assistant, bringing two decades of industry experience and a passion for operational excellence to our firm.
In her new role, Daneen will be a key point of contact for our clients, handling client customer service, improving internal program efficiencies, and assisting with client bookkeeping.
🎓Education & Background
Daneen’s deep roots in the accounting world make her a perfect fit for our team. She earned her Office Professionals Certificate from Marshalltown Community College, providing her with a rock-solid foundation in firm administration. Over the last 20 years, Daneen has dedicated her career to the CPA and accounting field, building an impressive track record of reliability and organizational success.

🏡 Personal Life & Beyond the Office
When she isn’t keeping things running smoothly at the office, Daneen loves spending time right where she grew up. She lives in Toledo, Iowa, in the very same home where she was raised.
Daneen has been happily married to her husband, Dirk, for 27 years. Together, they share two adult children, Dalaynee (25) and Draysen (23), and a daughter-in-law, Audrey.
When it’s time to unwind, you can usually find Daneen:
- Reading a great book.
- Riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle through the scenic Iowa roads alongside Dirk.
- Cherishing family time with her husband and children.
